Hello Emaldo

- I bet you can use my skills.

I can run a full scale corporate YouTube-channel or create the most appealing photographs that brings the core, intended message of the brand. To do so, I directly use my creative mindset and pragmatic way of thinking – from idea to final product.

Lasse Hauritz, Media Coordinator with a degree in Media Coordination and Photographer

This is why you must hire me:

I can develop concepts with a commercial approach and ensure that the company’s goals are achieved. I’m a one-man army and can handle everything from A to Z. I know how to use editing softwares and problem solve as snappy as a mouse running. I got my first camera in 2013 and ever since I have worked with Cinema Lines such as Sony FX3 or Sony A7. I can handle all aspects of a video or photography production. Think of me as a creative hammer – bringing bold ideas to the table – while also being the one who can nail all the technical details.

And, I find it very useful to use AI whenever possible – If it can produce what is needed.

Dinero was meant to inspire more entrepreneurs in Denmark.

That’s why we created a YouTube channel featuring episodes that dive into selected Danish entrepreneurs and their businesses — all in an entertaining and engaging way. Here, you could meet people like Kim and LEJSB. What tied it all together was our hands-on approach to content creation and our focus on engaging the target audience. We generated thousands of views, which was our primary KPI.

Blending commercial impact with entertainment value.

During my time at Dinero, I developed and managed Dinero’s YouTube channel. The focus was on creating content that could drive both retention and exposure, while at the same time serving a clear commercial purpose.

It’s comparable to what Emaldo might need:  highlighting a product feature, or launching a larger campaign about the value of eco-friendly lifestyle — but doing so in a format that truly entertains and engages. That takes an understanding of storytelling, and in this case, the YouTube platform.

Two of the videos can be found above.

Unfortunately, it's just a screenshot from Grøn Koncert. The video is further down – don't worry!

What does my Bachelor's degree in Media Coordination consist of?

Let me explain:

Screenshot from DMJX.dk

My education in TV & Media Production (danish: TV- & Medietilrettelæggelse, DMJX) covers everything related to audiovisual communication, both in the B2C and B2B segments. I have developed complete skills in camera operation and editing, social media, audience targeting and analysis, business models and KPI analysis, concept development, dramaturgy, acting, and much more—topics I’d be happy to explain further in a conversation.

My expertise is both deep and broad, but it all revolves around communication and conveying messages and goals through formats that consider both the target audience and the sender (you)

What can I do? 14 key skills that will benefit you:

  • 1. Decode a company's DNA and communication objectives, including Tone of Voice.

    2. Use a complete, professional workflow within the rules of camera operation, sound recording and editing software

    3. Work journalistically (i.e., with precision) and connect that with the "rules of the game" on various platforms.

    4. Conduct interviews with all kinds of people (and everything in between), from fun and sensitive to sensational topics.

    5. Understand genres and styles within media, communication, and entertainment.

    6. Work intensively with USPs, KPIs, Pain & Gains (business models), demographic data, and content data, including Retention Rates and Reach, etc.

    7. Develop concepts in great detail—both in front of and behind the camera—through a course in Media

    Concept Development at DMJX.

    8. Use insights and research and turn them into practical applications.

    9. Leverage my sharp understanding of target audiences.

    10. Understand YouTube, Meta platforms, and TikTok both technically and culturally, and set up and manage paid ads.

    11. Design video content with classic storytelling structure (beginning-middle-end) or use newer methods (middle-beginning-end).

    12. Collaborate and provide feedback within teams (important).

    13. Graduated from the Danish School of Media and Journalism, with a focus on visual communication in a commercial context.

    14. Work as a one-man army when necessary—I can handle all cameras, sound, and editing equipment, which means I can fully execute and deliver productions independently.
  • TikTok and accounting? It’s all about making dry content fun and engaging:

I was responsible for developing and managing Dinero’s TikTok account. Keep in mind: Dinero is an accounting software—dry and dull. TikTok, on the other hand, is a funky and spontaneous platform. The challenge was to make these two things work together, with the goal of achieving reach. I came up with several concepts, including a vox-pop format and a series that explained various accounting rules in Denmark. Everything was done with the platform’s rules for storytelling in mind.

At statement from my former manager:

I had the pleasure of mentoring Lasse during his time at Visma Dinero. If you’re looking for an idea-generator like no other, someone who not only comes up with the ideas but also works faster than anyone when it comes to executing them, then Lasse is your guy. Lasse is particularly skilled at approaching things pragmatically, using his great sense of humor to find solutions to problems that would make others sit in the corner and cry. He especially excels at blending the commercial world with creative entertainment. And last but definitely not least, Lasse is just a fantastic colleague. A person who listens, reflects, and is able to offer insights on things that others might find unfamiliar. Bonus points for his ability to move naturally in front of a camera. My theory is that Lasse is just on loan, until the day DR gives him his own talk show. Written in December 2024. Mikkel can be reached via https://www.linkedin.com/in/mikkelvastila/

Thanks for your time — and for scrolling through my website.

I hope to meet you in person, and that together we can find the perfect match.   🙂
